Merge prior to 1.0.2 - incorrect button enable/disable states on XVT client

4.5.1 - 4.6.4 32-bit XVT clients, the command button states are incorrect. This does not occur on the MFC client.

Upgrade to Contact Merge 1.0.2 or use MFC client.
