From a long term roadmap perspective we are specifically researching and investing in the following:
• SLA enhancements
• Predictive analytics
• Predictive routing and rules - for example Machine learning on case routing
• Machine learning on auto response to cases
• Social Case Management, auto-suggested responses to employee questions raised on social sites internally and externally
• Agent mobile application UI enhancements
• Continuous improvement to the UI to keep up with market trends and expected formats
• Additional integrations with leading products, such as DocuSign, EDRMS platforms, etc.
